Hi, I’m Ruth.

I am an eternal optimist. I believe everybody has the ability to get the very best out of life and I love to be that trusted ally who helps you find the personal tools you need to do that.

I help people who are overwhelmed with life’s demands, declutter their mind to see events clearly. Reframing past events and experiences allows for a fresh outlook. The result will be improved relationships with yourself, and others. Increased confidence and a new level of happiness. The goal is to show up for ourselves, and others with kindness and compassion. Not just when things are easy but more so when they’re not.

The more we heal our own inner world the lighter and happier we feel.

I am an experienced Mindset Coach and Hypnotherapist. I specialise in working with teenagers and their families.

Teenage years can be extremely demanding and they may feel a huge amount of pressure. Families can struggle with those demands too. ‘It takes a village to raise a child’ as the saying goes and so I am here to help step in and help take that pressure away.

When anybody is feeling overwhelm, worry, anxiety and a lack of self esteem, it can feel tough to open up. Part of my work is helping to teach clients about our emotions and what we are experiencing which can allow for a new understanding to allow for easier conversations. Coaching with me is a completely judgement free, confidential and respectful place. It is not just my job, it is an absolute obsession to help make life easier for my clients.
